Before placing your order, remember: everything we sell is created and/or manufactured and packaged and shipped by hand, by a small team of people (usually one or two) that do not work full time like large online retailers. We do this in our off time while still working full time jobs. With that said, please be patient as we want to make sure your order arrives correctly and as soon to you as we can get it out the door. If you are expecting an order and want a status update, just shoot an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we'll let you know the status and reason for delay (if there is one).
Also, please note: ThoughtCast accessories are only available to customers who have already purchased the ThoughtCast System. Any customers purchasing accessories who do not already own a ThoughtCast system are subject to their orders being cancelled and refunded.
